Israel and the OECD

In May 2010, Israel joined the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) despite many international protests and opposition to its accession. Shir Hever, economist at the Alternative Information Center (AIC), spoke to the AIC’s Tania Kepler about what the OECD is, what advantages membership in the organization grants Israel and what activists can do now.
